Tariff

At Linnett Hill, prices (per room, per night) for 2024 and 2025 including breakfast and secure parking are as follows :

• Prices are based on a minimum two night stay.
• Linnett Hill is able to offer a discounted nightly room rate for the single traveller seeking either a double/twin/superking room on a sole occupancy basis - please enquire for current prices.
• Please make your booking using our secure online booking platform.

Booking

At the time of booking, a deposit equivalent to one-night's stay per room reserved (payable either by bank transfer or debit/credit card) is required to secure a reservation.

The balance of your booking will become due on the day of departure, payable in cash or by debit/credit card. We accept all debit and credit cards but do not accept American Express or Diners Club. Linnett Hill no longer accepts cheques.

Arrival and Check-in

Rooms should be available from 11.30 am on the day of arrival, however guests are welcome to arrive anytime and park in Linnett Hill's secure private car park at the rear of the property.

Formal check-in is up until midday or after 4.30 pm - however we ask guests to provide an approximate time of arrival - please keep us informed of your travel arrangements.
